"Having personally experienced working on a successful eCommerce project on the Magento platform with Vaimo in the past, I was confident that we would together create an exceptional showcase for IJP Design. We wanted something that stands out from the crowd, like our company ambassadors and we are happy that Vaimo has helped us to achieve exactly that with our web store."
The ChallengeThe challenge to tackle with the new web shop was to significantly grow IJP Design’s online sales revenue that had been suffering due to the previous platform’s lack of functionality and appeal. Vaimo was to work out ways the onsite SEO could be improved to attract more traffic to the site along with redoing the design and feel of the site. The aim was to create a look that really stands out and gives the visitors a shopping experience that is truly unique and special. Another requirement was to create a solution that could make the expanding to new markets, like US, very easy. This is why it was crucial to get the integrations between eBay (IJP Design’s important sales channel) and FAM ERP system right.
The SolutionVaimo helped IJP Design achieve an eCommerce solution that’s scalable and functional but highly distinctive in design and quality. The new “look” pages Vaimo created to complement the IJP Design’s beautiful imagery, allow customers to see what a full outfit would look like and buy complete looks with just one click. Vaimo also integrated the brand’s live Twitter on the website - their social media creates a very personal bond between the customers, the brand and Ian James Poulter himself. “I am very happy about the IJP Design new website that we launched in March 2014. It’s incorporating many features that are really ahead of the curve and has been performing very well,” says Ian James Poulter, Owner of IJP Design.
