VAIMO ranked 10th in the Sweden's Best Employer 2014 survey

Vaimo, one of the top eCommerce solution providers in Sweden, has been voted as the 10th best workplace among medium-sized companies in the country according to “Sweden’s Best Employer 2014” survey.

The survey, organised by employer branding experts Universum and Metro Jobb, invited employees all around Sweden to evaluate their current employer based on three criteria: internal identity, employee satisfaction and employee loyalty. The questions themselves were about how comfortable people are with their employer and what urges them to go to work every day.

A total of 173 companies participated in the survey and the results were divided into two groups to make the comparison fairer - for the first time large and medium-sized companies were ranked separately. The survey attracted 33,307 respondents who all gave valuable input towards finding out the best employers in Sweden.

“Our employees are our greatest asset and none of our worldwide success would be possible without our fantastic staff. It’s the main focus area for Vaimo to constantly improve our working environment and make it the best possible workplace for our employees. We are very happy and honoured about getting such great recognition for our efforts and we are more motivated than ever to continue improving," says David Holender, CEO of Vaimo.

"As competition for talent is intensifying, it becomes increasingly important for an employer to get commitment and loyalty among its own employees and make them want to stay. Satisfied and motivated employees not only contribute to the organization's success by performing at your best, but they are also important ambassadors to attract new talent,” says Petter Nylander, CEO of Universum.
